In June 2009 SPEXA undertook the construction of Motorist Service Building in Motorway Service Station Evangelismos in "Aegean Motorway", as the main shareholder in J/V SPEMEDE Evangelismos. The construction is well underway with an anticipated completion date of April 2010.
Apart from that, SPEXA has a number of commercial projects either completed or in the process of completion, and are currently working on concept drawings for tourist development in Corfu and several residential alteration projects in Thessaloniki.
